2. These terms
By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them before ordering.
3. Our products
We sell leather jackets and related outerwear, which we source and import from suppliers in Turkey. Product images are illustrative and colour may vary slightly between screens. Because leather is a natural material, small differences in grain and shade between items are normal and are not faults.
4. How a contract is formed
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. If we cannot accept your order, for example because an item is out of stock or we have identified a pricing error, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
5. Prices
Prices are in pounds sterling and are shown on each product page. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on our prices. We may change prices at any time, but a change does not affect an order we have already accepted.
6. Payment
Payment is taken when you place your order, by the methods shown at checkout.
7. Delivery
Please see our Delivery and Shipping page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
8. Cancellation and returns
Please see our Returns and Refunds page, which sets out your statutory right to cancel.
9. Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the goods. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made.
10. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. We will contact you as soon as possible, and you may cancel and receive a refund for any goods not delivered.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought before the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own country.
