We do not see or store your full card details.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

To process and deliver your order and to handle returns, on the basis of performance of a contract. To answer your enquiry, on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. To send marketing emails, on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link. To keep accounting records, on the basis of our legal obligation.

Who we share it with

Our hosting provider Hostinger, which also provides our newsletter and website tools; Stripe, for payment processing and fraud prevention; Klarna, if you choose to pay with it; the delivery company carrying your order, and our accountant and HM Revenue and Customs where tax law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

Some of our providers, including Stripe, may process your data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where this happens, the transfer is protected by UK adequacy regulations (including the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified) or by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.

How long we keep it

Order and accounting records are kept for six years, as required by tax law. Contact form enquiries are kept for up to two years. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
