Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of payment being received. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery time and cost
Delivery normally takes 3 to 5 working days from dispatch. Delivery within the United Kingdom is free of charge.
Tracking
Where a tracked service is used, we will email you the tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
If your order is delayed
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at contact@tuanaleather.co.uk and we will investigate with the carrier.
Delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot accept responsibility for orders delivered to an address that was supplied incorrectly.
